Terms of Use

Draft dated October 1, 2026

1. What Kroven is

Kroven is a beta service that shows energy use from devices you connect and, when you confirm, switches them for you. It is available in the San Francisco Bay Area during the beta.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You may only connect devices that you own or are authorized to control.

3. Controlling devices

4. Beta service

Kroven is provided “as is” during the beta. Features may change, readings may be delayed or missing, and the service may be unavailable at times. Energy figures are estimates from the devices and data you connect and are not a utility bill.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another person’s account, home or devices, interfere with the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

6. Your data

How Kroven handles your data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and its data at any time.

7. Intellectual property

Kroven™ is a trademark of Victor Diallo Palmer II. The service and its software are owned by Kroven. These terms do not grant you any rights to them beyond using the service.

8. Limitation of liability

[To be drafted by counsel, including limits on liability for device interruptions, data loss and service unavailability, to the extent permitted by law.]

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Kroven and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

10. Governing law

[To be confirmed by counsel; expected to be the laws of the State of California.]

11. Contact

[Contact email to be added before publication.]
